Webshop Overview
The Webshop module turns your Lychee gallery into a storefront, allowing visitors to purchase digital downloads and physical prints of your photos. It is available in the Pro edition of Lychee, targeted at professional photographers and businesses.
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”- Admin enables the webshop, defines the print and pixel sizes on offer, then marks albums or individual photos as purchasable and sets their prices.
- Visitors browse the gallery, add items to their basket, and check out, as a logged-in user or as a guest.
- Payment goes through a gateway, or is handled manually when the order is placed offline.
- Admin follows the orders, marks them as paid or delivered, and provides the download link or shipment tracking when Lychee cannot do it automatically.
What can be sold
Section titled “What can be sold”An item in the basket is one of four things:

Only the first row can be delivered without you: everything else waits for a link you supply.
Every item carries a license type - personal, commercial, extended, or print - and the price is set per license type and per size, so the same photo can be sold cheaply for personal use and at a higher price for commercial use.
Customers can attach a free-text note to each item, which is useful for print instructions.
Features
Section titled “Features”- Per-album or per-photo pricing - mark an album purchasable and propagate the settings to its sub-albums, or price a single photo.
- Print and pixel size catalogues - define the sizes you offer once, in the admin panel, and reuse them everywhere. Sizes can be deactivated without being deleted.
- Shopping basket - visitors collect items, pick a size and a license per item, then check out.
- Guest checkout - optional; when disabled, buyers must be logged in.
- Payment integrations - PayPal and Mollie through Omnipay, plus a fully offline mode.
- Order management - follow orders through their lifecycle, mark them as paid or delivered, and clean up stale ones.
- Auto-fulfilment - when the ordered item is a variant Lychee holds, the download link is generated as soon as the payment completes.
- Shareable order link - customers reach their order with its link and transaction ID, without needing an account.
